Oversees: Health Home Care Management, Glens Falls Region Population Health Network (PHN)

Mary McLaughlin is the Executive Director of the Glens Falls Population Health Network (PHN) at AHI. In conjunction with executives from partner organizations, she is responsible for quality and financial outcomes for the PHN. McLaughlin is also accountable for overseeing AHI’s Health Home Care Management program.

Prior to joining AHI, McLaughlin held several leadership roles at Albany Medical Center, in Albany, NY, most recently as Patient Care Services Director.

McLaughlin earned a Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, in Nursing from Adelphi University in Garden City, NY, and an MBA from the University at Albany in Albany, NY.
