Community Support Services

EASE

Our EASE (Enrollment Assistance Services and Education) program assists individuals, families and small business owners enroll in health insurance coverage through the NY State of Health Marketplace. We serve eight counties: Clinton, Essex, Franklin, Fulton, Hamilton, Saratoga, Warren, and Washington.

We don’t charge and we’re not an insurance company. We help you look at available insurance plans and find out if you’re eligible for financial assistance.

Request an appointment online or call toll-free, 1.866.872.3740, to make an appointment with a certified enrollment specialist. We’ll help you review your health insurance choices in-person, for free.

If you or a family member needs help accessing substance use disorder and/or mental health services, or if you want to learn how to get the most from your health insurance benefits to cover such services, we can help with that too. Visit our CHAMP program web page to learn more about this free service.

Testimonial

“I was referred to AHI for assistance with getting Insurance. If I could give them 10 stars I would. The staff I spoke with were courteous, friendly, efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. They made a rather difficult process easy. They communicated well and followed up when they said they would. If you live in the ‘dacks and need help navigating, contact these good people. You won’t regret it.”
