AHI’s Right Professionals in the Right Places Pilot (RP2) is a featured Best Practice on the MIX’s DSRIP Application and Implementation Discussion Group. The MIX (MRT Innovation eXchange) is New York State’s forum for health delivery system solutions (Not a member of the MIX? See how to Join the MIX).
RP2 is an innovative new program designed to address current health workforce gaps and meet future needs through the creation of regional working groups that include educators, employers, and others. AHI, the Center for Health Workforce Studies, the Hudson Mohawk Area Health Education Center, and the Northern Area Health Education Committee are partnering with The State University of New York (SUNY) on this effort.
The goal of this initiative is improved health statuses of New Yorkers and reduction in health disparities through increased emphasis on prevention.
