Your chance to enroll! Thursday, January 22nd, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. Enroll in health insurance such as Medicaid, Child Health Plus, or a qualified health plan through the NY State of Health Marketplace. What to bring:
- Social Security numbers and birth dates for everyone in the household
- Income documentation (tax return and/or pay stubs)
- Email address and password (we can help set one up for you)
- Current insurance (please bring your insurance card)

- Citizenship documentation
- Your online NY Gov ID and password
