The New York State Department of Health has recognized the AHI PPS (Performing Provider System) as an “Emerging Performing Provider System.” The PPS is one of 25 such entities in the state charged with fundamentally restructuring the Medicaid system under the Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) program.
