The Performing Provider System Partner Template asks for a “Billing/Provider Entity ID”. What does this refer to?

This is also known as the “Entity ID”, it will start with the letter E and then follow with 7 digits ( Example: E0123456). Your billing department or billing agency should have your Medicaid “Entity ID”.  If not, DOH advises you to call Medicaid for the number.
