On September 21, 2017, the 9th Annual AHI Summit, Population Health in the Rural Landscape, was held at the Lake Placid Conference Center. More than 250 attendees, including health care providers, administrators, businesses, government and association representatives, enjoyed a day of learning, sharing and networking.
