EASE at Community Health Fair

The University of Vermont Health Network – Elizabethtown Community Hospital and Elderwood at Ticonderoga are hosting a Community Health Fair at the nursing home’s Crowne Terrace Dining Hall in Ticonderoga. Members of AHI’s Enrollment Assistance Services and Education (EASE) program will be on hand to share information about our free health insurance enrollment assistance services.
