The Adirondack Rural Health Network (ARHN), the longest-running AHI program, has been renewed through 2023. ARHN provides a forum for a regional, multi-stakeholder coalition of public health leaders, community health centers, hospitals, behavioral health agencies, emergency medical services, and other community-based organizations to assess regional population health needs and develop collaborative responses to priorities. ARHN informs on planning assessment, provides education and training to further the NYS DOH Prevention Agenda and Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) Program, and offers other resources in support of the development of the regional health care system in Clinton, Essex, Franklin, Fulton, Hamilton, Warren, and Washington counties.
