North Country Population Health Improvement Program Stakeholder Meeting

Adirondack Health Insititute’s North Country Population Health Improvement Program (NC PHIP) is pleased to announce the 2018 in-person PHIP stakeholder meeting. Please join us at the Golden Arrow Lakeside Resort, Lake Placid, NY, for dynamic discussions around the NC PHIP’s and partners’ achievements and proposed plans for 2019.
Topics are expected to include: efforts to raise the sale age of tobacco products from 18 to 21 (“T-21”), healthy community initiatives, and stakeholder priorities.
Registration will begin at 9:30 a.m. The meeting will take place from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
