Deadline: Work plans are due to AHI April 22, 2015.
Reminder: AHI is still looking for Project Champions. Project Champions provide subject matter expertise and network-wide project leadership. Details include:
- Oversees project & monitors progress. Participates in statewide learning collaboratives, sets meeting agendas & facilitates meetings.
This position is supported by an AHI Project Manager. The projected time commitment is one day per week.
