PHIP award reduced by 50 percent; federal funds not received
AHI is postponing the Population Health Improvement Program (PHIP) kick-off meeting scheduled for Tuesday June 30 in Lake George.
The NYS Department of Health notified PHIP contractors this morning that federal matching funds were not received so the PHIP awards for the two year program have been reduced by 50 percent.
Although this is disappointing news, AHI is committed to the PHIP, which will still be bringing substantial resources to the North Country to address health disparities.
