Bob Cawley, AHI’s Medical Home Initiatives director, is presenting Adirondack Medical Home’s strategies and experience with local governance. Today’s presentation is to the CPC (Comprehensive Primary Care) adjunct meeting of the multi-stakeholder faculty, where AHI is one of four MAPCPs (Multi-payer Advanced Primary Care Practice) sharing lessons learned. The other MAPCP presenters are from Vermont, Maine, and Michigan.
