AHI’s Enrollment Assistance Services and Education (EASE) Program will be holding a series of four open houses in Plattsburgh to offer free assistance to individuals enrolling or re-enrolling in health insurance coverage through the NY State of Health Marketplace. The open houses will be held from 10:00 a.m.—2:00 p.m., Mondays, December 12 and 19, 2016, and Tuesdays, January 10 and 24, 2017, in the main lobby of The University of Vermont Health Network – Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital, 75 Beekman Street.
Enrollment Specialists will be on hand to answer questions and share information about plans available in the Marketplace, including standard health plans, Medicaid, Children Health Plus and the Essential Plan, a program for low-income New Yorkers who don’t qualify for Medicaid. Free on-site enrollment assistance will also be offered on a limited basis.
