Earlier this month, AHI PPS held an All-Partner Meeting to inform attendees of the following:
- AHI’s DSRIP activity since the August submission of the AHI PPS Implementation Plan to the NYS DOH;
- What the PPS engagement and contracting activity will be in the coming quarter;
- Assist partner understanding of their role in the DSRIP projects to transform the health care system, coordinate care, and improve the health and wellness for our population.

Partners who completed the Partner Commitment Form:
- Your Terms of Participation agreement will be sent to you within the next few weeks.
Organizations planning to partner, but not yet expressed their level of commitment:
- Please complete and return the Partner Intent Form by Friday, November 6 to be included in the first step of the contracting process.
