A team from Public Health Live interviewed AHI leaders and a partner for footage to include in their webcast. Public Health Live is a monthly webcast series designed to provide continuing education opportunities on public health issues.
Videotaped interviews were with AHI’s CEO, Cathy Homkey; VP of Health System Transformation, Colleen Florio; and Health Home Manager, Annette Parisi. Hudson Headwaters Health Network’s VP of Transformation and Clinical Quality Cyndi Nassivera Reynolds added a partner perspective. Topics ranged from DSRIP, Health Home, and the importance of transitional care management. Excerpts will be used to enhance the live speakers’ content.
The July Public Health Live webcast theme is “The Changing Face of Long Term Care in New York State.”
The live speakers will provide an overview of health care reform efforts in NY State to a target audience of discharge planners.
