Prevention Agenda 2013-2017: New York State’s Health Improvement Plan
Healthcare Association of New York State (HANYS) Prevention Agenda Technical Support: HANYS, in partnership with the New York State Department of Health, developed the Prevention Agenda Technical Support website to support local community health improvement, and foster multi-stakeholder coalitions. The HANYS website contains a collection of resources, information, and tools to help hospitals and county health departments further develop their Prevention Agenda goals and strategies.
