The Children’s Health Insurance Connection utilizes Technology, Education and Community Partnerships to connect eligible children to Child Health Plus and Children’s Medicaid.
The primary goal is to increase the number of eligible children (birth to 19) enrolled and retained in Child Health Plus and Children’s Medicaid.
The secondary goal is to increase the number of eligible adults (19 to 64) enrolled and retained in Family Health Plus.
