AHI to host Webinar to guide deadline process TOMORROW, Dec 4th.
The 2014-15 State budget authorized the establishment of the Capital Restructuring Financial Plan (CRFP) to make awards totaling up to $1.2 billion to support capital projects to help strengthen and promote access to essential health services, including projects to improve infrastructure, promote integrated health systems, and support the development of additional primary care capacity. If you believe your organization is interested in applying, we strongly suggest you review the application immediately, as the timeline for completion is short.

TIMELINE of IMPORTANT DATES/STEPS
December 4: AHI webinar on CRFP application
December 10: CRFP applications associated with Adirondack North Country PPS are due to AHI for review and prioritization by Steering Committee. The Steering Committee will be meeting shortly after so this will be a hard deadline.
DEADLINE update! current December 22, 3pm is extended to FEBRUARY 20, 2015: Final submissions due to DOH (AHI will submit one application including all DSRIP partner projects; providers not participating in Adirondack North Country PPS will submit separately)
