The AHI PPS DSRIP Project Budget template is available.
We only need one Initial Project Implementation Budget Template completed for each implementation of a given Project.
- For example, there are many Behavioral Health / Primary Care Integration implementations being planned, each project will have its own budget template. Within a given implementation, there are usually multiple partners – we are NOT asking for separate budgets from each partner, nor do you need to specify which partner is incurring the cost on the budget at this time. That step will come later.

Project Teams should complete the template and submit to AHI by Friday, March 6th.
Note: There will be a Project Budget item on the agenda of the Friday, February 13th RHIT “All Team” Meeting. There will be time for Q & A, as well as time for project teams to break out into groups and develop a plan for completing the budgets.
