This week, AHI hosted several DSRIP project-specific webinars to provide you with an overview of the implementation plan. Specifically, AHI is requesting feedback from partners involved in each project to help us to update and finalize the project implementation plans which are due to DOH on July 31, 2015. We value your input. All feedback is very much appreciated, however, it is optional (you are NOT required to submit feedback).
Your next step: The draft implementation plans below contains sub steps and target dates for each requirement. The AHI PPS requests optional feedback from team members, to help us reach an appropriate level of detail within these sub steps prior to July 31, 2015 when the implementation plan will be submitted to DOH.
