About Us

Our Enrollment Assistance Services and Education (EASE) program was created in 2013 to teach people about the NY State of Health Marketplace and help them enroll in a health insurance plan to best fit their needs.

We provide these services throughout seven counties: Clinton, Essex, Franklin, Hamilton, Saratoga, Warren, and Washington.

Through the first two years of the program, we helped 6,757 individuals, including 2,628 children, get health insurance.

  • In-Person Assistors/Navigator program: A partnership with the Community Service Society of New York, enrollment services are provided by In-Person Assistors/Navigators (IPA/Navigators).
  • Health Resources Services Administration (HRSA): In partnership with Hudson Headwaters Health Network, Certified Application Counselors provide enrollment services funded by the HRSA federal grant.
