The DSRIP Project 4.a.iii AHI PPS-wide Prevention Coalition will meet on Monday, November 30, 2015 at the Crowne Plaza Resort in Lake Placid from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The coalition will be reviewing strategic high level project planning. This is a closed group meeting.
