AHI North Country Population Health Improvement Program Stakeholder Meeting

Adirondack Health Insititute’s North Country Population Health Improvement Program (NC PHIP) is pleased to announce the 2018 in-person PHIP stakeholder meeting. Please join us for dynamic discussions around the NC PHIP’s and partners’ achievements and proposed plans for 2019.

Topics are expected to include: efforts to raise the sale age of tobacco products from 18 to 21 (“T-21”), healthy community initiatives and stakeholder priorities.
