Community Health Assessment (CHA) Committee Meeting

This private meeting is for 2016 CHA service contract holders with AHI. The committee convenes and coordinates a multi-county, regional stakeholder group to support health planning and assessment including capacity, development, provision of decision-making resources/tools and leveraging collaborative partnerships/resources to address identified regional priorities.
