Medical Village Kick-Off Meeting – Ticonderoga

DSRIP Project 2.a.iv: Create a Medical Village Using Existing Hospital Infrastructure kick-off meetings will be held this month for Medical Village partners.

The meetings support the PPS project goals to create three Medical Villages to take advantage of existing infrastructure to realign health system capacity and support the behavioral health, substance abuse and outpatient services needed in the communities.

• April 15 – Glens Falls Hospital Medical Village @ Center for Recovery, Glens Falls, 1:00 -2:00 pm
• April 18 – Moses Ludington Hospital Medical Village @ Inter-Lakes Health, Ticonderoga, 9:00 -10:00 am
• April 21 – CVPH Medical Village @ UVM Health Network – CVPH, Plattsburgh, 1:00 -2:00 pm
