Multi-PPS Saratoga Community-Based Organization Town Hall Event

Join us to discuss how community-based organizations and health care providers can work together to better serve the needs of the community through the Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) program. Three Performing Provider Systems (PPSs), including Albany Medical Center, Alliance for Better Health Care, and AHI PPS will be providing a DSRIP educational session and opportunities for engagement.
