Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT) is an integrated, public health approach to the delivery of early intervention and treatment services for persons with or at risk for developing substance use disorders. Evidence-based SBIRT training, facilitated by Allison Reynolds, Program Director, Council for Prevention, is being offered in Glens Falls. The four-hour training will help you identify these individuals, incorporating screening for all types of substance use with brief, tailored feedback and advice.
