The Department of Health will be mailing Opt-Out letters to Medicaid members (Phase II) during the February 22 through mid-March 2016 time period.
The letter explains the DSRIP program and data sharing with Performing Provider Systems (PPS) as part of the Opt-Out data sharing process in DSRIP.
