The Adirondack Rural Health Network (ARHN), a program of AHI – Adirondack Health Institute, is seeking nominations for its Rural Health Champion of the Year Award. Rural Health Networks across Northeastern New York are partnering to celebrate individuals in our local communities whose outstanding commitment and strong leadership skills exemplify the spirit of rural!
2015 Rural Health Champions included:
- EMS Champion of the Year – Southern Washington/Northeastern Rensselaer County Mobile Integrated Health Care Committee
- Community Health and Wellness Champion of the Year – Josy Delaney, Alice Hyde Memorial Hospital
- Leadership Champion of the Year – Chandler Ralph, President and CEO, Adirondack Health.
Nominations are being sought from the seven counties the Adirondack Rural Health Network serves – Clinton, Essex, Franklin, Fulton, Hamilton, Warren and Washington counties. For an opportunity to nominate your champion, please visit the ARHN website for a nomination form.
