As a follow up to yesterday’s communication —
To date, eight organizations in the AHI PPS received a disqualification notice via email
from the NYS DOH.
Each applicant organization received the same form letter (dated 06/29/2015 or 06/30/2015),
citing issues with their Grants Gateway registration. Other organizations across the state,
with other PPSs, have received similar notices.
A second form letter dated 07/01/2015 was received by the same organizations stating an
extension of fewer than 10 days to provide documentation proving that Grants Gateway was
compliant as of 05/06/2015.
AHI has received no response from DOH to inquiries related to this significant concern for
the PPS and our partners. AHI does not have access to Grants Gateway information.
Our DSRIP support team leads with KPMG have only been able to state that the DOH is aware
of the concerns and questions.
We STRONGLY recommend that all CRFP applicant organizations contact Grants Gateway to
confirm, apply, and/or update, their organization’s status immediately. The DOH help desk
number is 800-820-1890.
We will continue our attempts to obtain more information from the state and
will keep our partners informed. Your concerns are shared across the state and
have the attention of key stakeholders in the region.
