Join us for our 10th Annual AHI Summit, Celebrating a Decade of Collaborative Excellence: Improving Health Outcomes. The event, which brings together more than 250 health care stakeholders and other community leaders annually, will be held on Thursday, September 27, 2018, in Lake Placid.
On Thursday, September 21, the 9th Annual AHI Summit, Population Health in the Rural Landscape, will be held at the Lake Placid Conference Center.
